The Apex Manager Program, a joint initiative by Bandhan Bank and UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI, is a specialized career-launching program designed to transform fresh graduates into skilled banking professionals. This intensive 6-month certification blends 3 months of immersive on-campus learning with 3 months of real-world On-the-Job Training (OJT).

The curriculum focuses on core branch banking operations, customer relationship management, and specialized sales strategies. By providing a monthly stipend throughout both training phases, the program ensures you are supported while you build expertise. Upon successful completion, you will directly join Bandhan Bank as an Assistant Manager, stepping into a dynamic work culture that rewards performance and drives financial empowerment across India
